I thought we were having a light day.

We started the day with a visit to the Archives Museum.  Aside from being in a beautiful mansion it houses many old manuscripts.  Napoleon's will was the most interesting. We left the museum and bought a couple of sandwiches and headed to the Luxembourg Gardens for a picnic lunch.  The walk was longer than I thought but we had a chance to explore different parts of city on the way. The Gardens are huge and many people were enjoying the Spring weather.  After walking through part of the garden, we headed home. To break up the walk we stopped and had coffee and a Napoleon, to continue the day's theme. Aside from a little spill and learning that Jack doesn't do well with small cafe tables, our break was enjoyable. FYI, Napoleon's taste good with a little coffee on them.
We returned home and enjoyed some down time and a simple dinner before heading out for a cruise on the Seine.  It was as pretty as you might expect.  Seeing Paris from the river is amazing.  The Eiffel Tower is lit up and a light show takes place on the hour. We were happy we had a chance to see it.
